Local Delivery
Q: How do I place a delivery order?
A: It’s easy! Just shop as you would on any website: add the items you want to your cart. Then enter your postal code in the cart to check delivery availability, pick a delivery date, and fill in any delivery instructions. For refill services in your own containers, make sure your clean bottles are out by Monday. We’ll pick them up and return your refills on Tuesday.
Q: What are my buying options?
A: You can shop refills a few ways. Use your own containers: The price shown is per ounce. We’ll pick up your empty bottles on Monday, refill them, and return them on Tuesday. Reuse a bottle you’ve previously purchased from us: Just select that option at checkout. We’ll collect your empty on Monday and refill it for you. Purchase a new refillable container: Choose from a glass option that can be reused again and again — no need to provide your own bottles. Either way, you’ll complete checkout online, and we’ll email your final invoice once your refills are prepared and weighed.
Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We currently deliver throughout Monmouth County, NJ. You can check your address by entering your postal code in the delivery validator (found in your cart or at the top of our homepage). Online orders outside our delivery zone can’t be fulfilled — but we’d love to see you at one of our local pop-up markets!
Q: What days are deliveries made?
A: Deliveries are made every Tuesday. If you’d like us to refill your own containers, please leave them, clean, on your doorstep by 10 AM on Monday for pickup. In the cart, you’ll find a delivery instructions section where you can describe your bottles and what you’d like in each — or simply label them with tape or a note. We’re also happy to add adhesive labels to your refilled bottles for easy identification. Orders must be placed by Sunday at midnight for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: Yes, we charge a $5 flat fee to help cover costs. Orders over $50 qualify for free delivery. This keeps our service both sustainable and affordable.
Container Pickup & Refill
Q: How does container pickup work?
A: When shopping from our Refill Station online, select “Use My Own Container" or "Refill My Bottle (Already Purchased)” At checkout, use the delivery instructions section to describe your bottles and what you’d like in each — or simply label them with tape. We’re also happy to add adhesive labels to your refilled bottles. We’ll collect your clean, empty bottles on Monday, refill them, and return them during your Tuesday delivery.
Q: Do I need to be home for pickup/delivery?
A: Not at all! You can leave your containers in a safe spot in a bag or box (porch, stoop, or entryway). Just add details in your delivery instructions.
Q: Can I use my own containers?
A: Absolutely — that’s at the heart of our mission! We accept glass, plastic, or metal containers as long as they’re clean and in good condition.
Orders & Payments
Q: Is there a minimum order for delivery?
A: No minimum. However, a $5 delivery fee applies to orders under $50.
Q: How do I pay?
A: After you place your order, we’ll pick up any empties on Monday, weigh and prepare your refills, then email you a secure invoice to complete checkout. This process applies to all orders — whether you’re refilling your own bottles or choosing pre-filled options. Payment is due once your refills are ready and before Tuesday delivery. Delivery is free for orders over $50 (before tax).
